Mr. Zheng is admitted to practice in New York State and Hong Kong. He has extensive experience in Hong Kong IPOs and other capital markets transactions. He has long acted as issuer’s counsel on Main Board IPOs of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He is experienced in clearly presenting issuers’ business models, competitive strengths and growth strategies in prospectus to help the issuers achieve effective market communication and recognition.

He has played a key role in many high-profile IPOs, taking the lead in prospectus drafting, Listing Rules compliance analysis, corporate governance arrangements, legal due diligence, and communications with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and other regulators. Mr. Zheng has acted on several landmark Hong Kong IPOs, including the listing of SenseTime Group in 2021 and the IPO of Zijin Gold International Company Limited, one of the largest Hong Kong IPOs this year.
