2026年1月，香港高等法院就一項結構性融資安排項下、作為擔保轉讓之股東貸款作出判決，裁定客戶有權收回尚未償還的本金6,000萬美元。法院同時判令被告按判后利率支付利息直至全部清償，并命令被告按全額彌償基準承擔本案訴訟費用（包括相關申請的費用），有關費用已獲簡易評定。
In January 2026, the High Court entered judgment in favour of our clients for the outstanding principal of US$60 million arising from shareholder loan arrangements that had been assigned as security under a structured financing arrangement. The Court also awarded interest at the judgment rate until full payment and ordered the defendant to pay the plaintiff’s costs of the action, including the relevant application, on a full indemnity basis, with costs summarily assessed.
